§ 02Tenders & Capability

Tender Ready. Documented.

This page exists for supply chain practitioners and procurement officers. It sets out our compliance position honestly, states what we bid for, and explains how work is actually delivered.

§ 01Preferential Procurement

The Scorecard Arithmetic

MSSG is a 100% black-owned Exempted Micro Enterprise holding a B-BBEE Level 1 contributor status. Level 1 carries the maximum 135% procurement recognition available under the Amended Codes, which means every rand directed to us is recognised at R1.35 on your preferential procurement and supplier development scoring.

As an EME, our status is evidenced by a sworn affidavit issued through the CIPC on behalf of the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition. No verification certificate is required, which removes a common source of bid disqualification and administrative delay.

Our Central Supplier Database supplier number, tax compliance status pin and insurance certificates are issued directly to procurement officers on request rather than published here. Send us the bid reference and we will return the full compliance pack, usually within one working day.

§ 04Delivery Method

Method Statement

How work moves from award to close-out. This is the section a facilities manager should read twice.

M-01

Scope Interrogation

We read the specification before we price it and raise clarification questions during the bid window rather than discovering a mismatch at handover. Where a scope requires a credential we do not hold, we say so or we do not bid.

M-02

Resourcing & Plant

Work is resourced from our own teams for shutter manufacture, security installation, electrical and general maintenance. Specialist plant is hired in against a named supplier rather than assumed to be available.

M-03

Safety & Accommodation

Traffic accommodation, signage and personal protective equipment are set out before work begins. On road and verge work this is treated as a deliverable, not an overhead.

M-04

Reporting & Close-out

Each visit is closed out with a written record of what was done, what was replaced and what is approaching end of life. Budget holders should not be surprised by the next quotation.

§ 05Document Request

Request the Bid Pack

Company profile, B-BBEE affidavit, CIPC registration documents and insurance certificates are issued on request. State the bid or RFQ number and we will return the pack in the format your submission requires.
