Why Buyers Appoint Us
Most maintenance and services contracts fail on coordination rather than competence. A facilities manager ends up holding five separate contractors together, chasing each one for a quote, an invoice and a compliance document. MSSG exists to collapse that into a single point of contract with a single set of paperwork, across roads, grounds, plant, electrical work, building fabric, IT and physical security.
The second reason is scorecard arithmetic. As a 100% black-owned, B-BBEE Level 1 Exempted Micro Enterprise, spend directed to MSSG is recognised at 135% on your preferential procurement and supplier development scoring. For an organ of state or a corporate buyer working to improve its own rating, that is the most efficient rand available — and it comes with a sworn affidavit rather than a verification queue.
The third is that we would rather decline a scope than deliver it badly. We manufacture the shutter doors we install and we keep our own technical people on the security and electrical side. Where a scope needs a credential we do not yet hold, we say so at quoting stage. That is a less impressive sales posture and a considerably better contracting record.
